Air Bag Recall Information

There have been questions regarding campaign E04, here is the information we know so far:

1. This recall does not apply to the Chicago region area
2. This is the result of airbag rupture in passenger seat airbags in high absolute humidity areas (different than relative humidity in our climate)
3. This recall impacts 240K Toyotas along with several other manufacturers
4. Customer inquiries that cannot be answered are directed to the CEC 1-888-270-9731
